Tori! I’m headed to Menorca this summer. I’ll be staying at the Son Blanc Farmhouse and the Vestige Son Vell. Please drop a guide or a working itinerary would love to hear where you’re planning on going.
We’re headed in mid-June!! I can’t wait to stay at Son Blanc. It feels like my ideal hotel intimate, design forward, and farm to table cuisine. I’ll look out for your guide ❣️
Son Finestra in Ciutadella is a must for exquisite and high quality linen pieces! The ladies there recommended Es Grau for a quiet beach experience, very different and secluded compared to the beaches in the south. The southern beaches are beautiful, however — my favorite was Mitjaneta and Cales Coves. Cova d’en Xoroi is a tourist trap but worth it for a second for the view. Near Maó, Bodegas Binifadet is a nice, casual dinner situation on a vineyard. Hauser and Worth is lovely to visit and S’avarca near the ferry stop is a nice place to buy avarcas.
Menorca is absolutely delicious!! Went back in Summer 2023 - stayed at Ses Talaies, an idyllic stay a quick drive to Ciudadella town, and this airbnb in Cala en Porter: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/25077907?source_impression_id=p3_1746543842_P37wyihHy_GAGbaA that had the DREAMIEST views.
A few of our fave memories:
-Sunset at Pont d'en Gil (near Ciudadella)
-Seafood at Cafe Balear
-Cathedral Coffee in Ciudadella / exploring the town of Ciudadella
-Cala Pregonda (includes very hot but short hike to the beach), but one of our faves out of the many beaches we saw!
-Dinner at Son Blanc and Lobster Stew in one of the seaside towns
Thank you for sharing!! Adding to my list ♡
