If you’re flying through LAX anytime soon, brace for a little extra chaos. Terminal 5, home to several Delta and JetBlue flights, has temporarily closed for a major renovation as part of the airport’s multi-year modernization project. Operations are being shifted to Terminal 6, which means a bit of extra walking (and some inevitable gate confusion) for now, but a sleeker, more efficient terminal when it reopens next year.
CLEAR just launched its new eGate system, letting verified members scan their face to enter security—no agent required. The system is rolling out first at select major airports (including LGA, JFK, ATL, DCA, and SEA), with more on the way in 2026. It’s the biggest update yet for CLEAR and part of a broader push toward frictionless airport experiences.
As of yesterday, United MileagePlus members can earn and redeem miles on JetBlue flights, and JetBlue TrueBlue members can do the same on United. The two airlines first announced plans to partner back in May, aiming to give travelers far more flexibility across both networks. The move marks one of the most notable loyalty collaborations in recent years—especially for frequent flyers who’ve felt boxed in by airline alliances.
If you’ve been here for a minute, you know I’ve gone on and on about my love for Park Hyatt hotels (it’s actually a goal of mine to stay at every single one!), so you can only imagine how thrilled I was when they reached out to host me for a press trip to their flagship property in Chicago.
Park Hyatt has impressed me time and again, but this visit set a new standard entirely. From the seamless service to the design details that made every corner feel intentional, it reminded me exactly why this brand has such a hold on me. I’ll be sharing everything in a special bonus issue on Monday, so stay tuned!
Park Hyatt Milan — Milan, Italy
Just steps from the Duomo, Park Hyatt Milan masters the art of Italian understatement. Its refresh blends travertine warmth and sculptural lighting with Art Deco flourishes that nod to Milan’s design legacy. VUN Andrea Aprea elevates dining to an art form, while the Spa by Sisley Paris offers a quiet sanctuary beneath the city. A stay here isn’t about spectacle, but subtlety, and that’s exactly what makes it special.

Stayed at the Park Hyatt Milan last year and it was a DREAM. Such beautiful decor, the sweetest staff, and felt nestled in a quiet street despite being in THE best neighborhood!!
