The shift from destination-driven to universe-driven hospitality is so spot on. Been noticing this with boutique chains creating instantly recognizable aesthetics across properties rather than just chasing amenity lists. The Sky Garden concept especially intrigues me, using design to literally slow people down is such a subtle butpowerful move. My last stay at a Four Seasons had this same intentionality and it changes everything about how you experience a space.
I work with their team and tried the new BASIN, I highly recommend, especially during cool-season
I'm so jealous!! It's extremely high on my list.
The Chateau Lake Louise is such a gem! I did a yoga retreat there for my 30th birthday, and it was magical. I hope to return someday!
Ugh it looks like it would heal me
Couldn't agree more that your POV is your product. In the age of AI, taste is everything! Love this one, congrats on the panel
Thank you so much :)

I only recently started staying at Four Seasons properties and I can't wait to experience more. They really know what they're doing.
My POV is the product is such a great way to embrace your own individuality!
